Estate planning involves preparing legal documents, but it can also be about taking time
to reflect. Think about who we are and what stories we would like to pass on to family and
friends. This is sometimes called an Ethical Will, but that too sounds legal and a bit intimidating.
What we can do is write a letter, tell a story, draw a picture or collect some photos. There are
no rules. No witnesses or notary, just personal thoughts and creativity. And when this is added
to the legal documents, we have not just a plan, but a legacy.
